LMM Staff are employed by the Board of Directors to provide for the day-to-day operational and mission needs of the organization.
All staff are fully remote.
Executive Director is responsible for spiritual leadership, hiring/employing/evaluating remaining staff members, engaging in other contractual arrangements, and being responsible for the annual budget.

Discipleship Consultant works to develop discipleship opportunities/training for men in the areas such as One Year to Live weekend retreats, leadership training, Project Twelve curriculum, as well as publicizing LMM events.
Emerging Ministries Consultant works in partnership with other LMM staff to develop and implement initiatives such as the A-Team and Project Twelve, provides technical expertise and support for LMM events such as Bold Gatherings, and serves as an advisor to potential emerging ministries.

The Board of Directors manage/direct the business and charitable affairs of LMM. The Board consists of nine positions (serving three-year terms, not to exceed two terms):
Executive Committee are the five elected positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Development Council Chairman.
Ministry Team Directors are appointed by the Executive Committee to lead one of the four LMM Ministries titled: Discipleship, Events, Communications/Networking, and Emerging Ministries.

Ambassadors are volunteers from across the nation who forward quarterly Ambassador-Grams to those on their contact lists that may be interested in LMM updates. They also potentially develop contacts within their denominational office; requesting that LMM information gets posted and stays current on synod webpages. If you would like to volunteer as an Ambassador (or find out more about the position), contact LMM Director of Communications and Networking
NetCasters are Ambassadors who have volunteered for extra duties. They search for existing men’s ministry groups and establish contacts within them. These groups are then linked to the helpful programs and initiatives offered by LMM. NetCasters work closely with their denominal offices across the country for their assistance in establishing contact with congregations. Subsequently, NetCasters also frequently serves as a regional point of contact for these congregational contacts.
Presidents are elected leaders of their respective regional or congregational LMM chapters. All would welcome your questions, interest, and involvement. Ambassador-Grams help Ambassadors and Partners of LMM effectively share consistent information with contacts in their network. These periodic communications, typically quarterly, will feature LMM resources and upcoming events to help individuals and congregations with their ministry to men. It is the hope of LMM that this information will help equip men to be bold, daring followers of
Christ.
