The I-GO model is a simple organic strategy that provides a three-step process for building relationships with young men. It is based on the three “I”s of relationship building (identifying, inviting, and investing) and upon the conviction that “I will go” and do this. In this model, you don’t have to wait to get going. You just go and do it.

The Men’s Ministry Leaders Guide can be found at the beginning of every copy of the Master Builders Bible. This 26 page supplement offers proven advice on starting an effective men’s ministry. 2x4 RETREAT SERIES
In 2026, LMM developed the first of a series of ‘2×4 Retreats’…
This 2×4 retreat model is designed to help small groups and churches have a half-day retreat for men to learn, grow and have some fun along the way. Created in response to a common request from across the country for an all-in-one retreat that could be done locally with little training or resources.
This experience is meant to be done in person and not virtually.
The small group interaction and feedback will be essential to the success of the retreat.
